Hotel Management
The Bachelor and Master degree programme in Hotel Management is offered by the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. The Three – Year Programme equips trainees with the required skills, knowledge and attitude to efficiently discharge supervisory responsibilities in the hotel Airline and Cruise Line sector. The Bachelor of Science programme comprise in-depth laboratory work for students to acquire the required knowledge and skill standards in the operational areas of Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, Front Office Operation and House Keeping. It also imparts substantial managerial inputs in subject such as Sales and Marketing, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Hotel and Catering Law, Property Management, Entrepreneurship Development and other related subjects.
Hospitality Management
The BA in Hotel and Hospitality Management program provides all students with an academic qualification that is attractive to potential employers: the skills and ability to enter the working world and a ‹tool box› that can be applied to a range of careers in the hospitality industry. Graduates may become accomplished managers, capable of working across a range of public and private enterprises including leisure facilities, hotels, theme parks, conferences, exhibitions and event management.
